Responsible government begins with responsible financial management.

My goal is to keep Wilmot’s annual tax levy tied to the rate of inflation, generally within one percentage point above or below inflation, while protecting the services that matter most to residents. Any new spending should be offset by identifying savings and efficiencies elsewhere while setting clear priorities, not by continually asking taxpayers to pay more.

I will focus on long-term financial planning, maintaining our infrastructure before it becomes more expensive to repair, and growing our commercial and industrial tax base to reduce pressure on homeowners.
